What is Theaphenon?

"Thea-sinensis" is the Latin name for the tea bush which originated in China (Sina), given by the famous Carolus Linnaeus, the father of plant nomenclature. "Tea Polyphenols", including Catechins, Theaflavins, Theasinensins, varieties of catechin polymers and derivatives are found in green tea, black tea, oolong tea and other teas.
